This unique method has been developed based on a modernized approach to the traditional practices of yoga, integrating <strong>Asana<\/strong> (physical postures), <strong>Pranayama<\/strong> (breath regulation), and <strong>Mudras<\/strong> (gestural techniques) in a systematic and purposeful manner.<\/p><p>This style was co-founded by <strong>Master Maya Machawe<\/strong> and <strong>Dr.Saed Ahmadi<\/strong>, and has been taught in Iran since 1997 (1376 in the Iranian calendar). Cyclic Yoga is structured around a series of carefully designed cycles, each consisting of a sequence of asanas and facilitating movements intended to enhance physical alignment, flexibility, and inner awareness.<\/p><p>One of the defining characteristics of Cyclic Yoga is the meticulous attention given to the <strong>order and flow of movements<\/strong> within each cycle. The sequences are not arranged arbitrarily but are <strong>intelligently crafted<\/strong> to consider both the level of difficulty and the preparatory needs of the body. This ensures that each posture builds on the previous one, creating a <strong>harmonious progression<\/strong> that both maximizes physical benefit and minimizes the risk of strain or injury.<\/p><p>Moreover, the thoughtful sequencing of asanas in each cycle is designed so that the <strong>therapeutic and energetic effects<\/strong> of the postures complement and reinforce each other.
